Osvaldo "Ozzie" Rodriguez

Ozzie founded the firm in 1991. As the firm’s President, Ozzie oversees all aspects of the firm’s day to day operations while maintaining client relationships and pursues business growth opportunities that align the firm’s strengths in program and project/construction management. Ozzie also has served on numerous boards for Civil and Cultural organizations including Columbia Collage of Chicago, Hispanic Housing Corp., Latino Institute, and Old St. Patrick’s Church and the Marwin Foundation. Ozzie was the 1995 Man of the Year voted by the Illinois Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce.

Robert Ochi

Robert has been at Rodriguez and Associates since 2007. Robert has more than 26 years of acquired experience in Development, Programing, Design and Construction Management, with a proven track record for working collectively within a multidiscipline team consisting of owners, stakeholders, consultants and city regulatory agencies. As the firm’s Director of Marketing and Program Executive, Robert oversees all client relationships and pursues business opportunities that align the firm’s strengths in program and project/construction management. Robert understands the critical nature of effective and timely communication with clients to provide intuitive project management reporting, managing all aspects of a particular client’s requirements to ensure all contractual obligations and expectations are achieved.
