pre-development design and construction of over 5 new additions
including Shoop, Deneen, Twain, and Marsh Elementary Schools, Juarez
High School, and multiple renovation projects throughout the City of Chicago.
Role includes preconstruction scheduling and budgeting, document
development and bidding, permit procurement through DCAP Developer
Services, and overall Owner's Representation and Contract
Administration through construction.
