The project consists of the general construction of a single-story,
4,800 square foot facility with exterior brick masonry with steel
joist/truss framing system. The building is designed with a 2,478
square feet office, washrooms and staff room and a 2,247 square foot,
three-bay garage.
Construction management services required to manage and administer all
aspects of project construction, consisting of the
following: primary point of contact with owner, user,
design team and general contractor; conduct weekly job site meetings,
establish and implement procedures and maintain coordination among the
construction team members. Review all change order requests from
the general contractor and submit related recommendations to the owner
for approval. Prepare and coordinate general contractor and CM
monthly reports to the owner. Monitor scope of work changes
during construction to ensure compliance with approved bulletins.
Review/coordinate/assemble all project close-out documents from general
contractor to the owner.
